ancient hymns of dafree whitewolfe – ii (this hart of harts)

this hart of harts

(to the Muses of muses and her shadows)

“I alone remain wilde and natural and free.”

-Lao Tzu

wolfemoonrefections

grasping the hand

reaching towards me

ungrasping the hand

insecurity finds clutching

at this wilde place unattainable

a lover we name dafree whitewolfe

all we know of life is love is all there is

we are not connected nor unconnected

to beauty far greater than mere truth

lesser than this  finite stage far greater

than this infinite globe wherein creatures danse

a peripatetic troubadour is singing

is love is all there is all we know of life

these horizons still not unpoached as

those dimensions not yet unencoached so

is all there is all we know of life is love

leaping from within  this wolfe

we are not merely one but tensile oneness

such oneness shining in all wilde creatures

we are not mere nothing nor nothingness

nor such but the suchness of  holiness

is love is all there is all we know of life

wolfe and moon eagle and snake

once again the circle is unbroken

is life is all there is all we know of love

soaring beyond cloudy pinnacles

the verdant prairie  grasses

supplications beneath unbroken wings

wave of verdant prairie grasses rippling

unknowing we become one yet not the same

as all creatures seek just one spirit singing

all we know life is love is all there is

this howling is that full moon echoing

is such beauty singing is spirit breathe beneath

beneath untried wings untangling white fur

is the gloss on paws put to sacred use

such loss is  love reincarnating life

all we know of living is loving is all there is

verseau7

grasping wilde harts

seeking harvest moons

ungrasping the past

insecurity  unknowing

that wilde untameable spirit

unfolds this dafree hart of harts

dafree whitewolfe
