duets with other poets – weaving the threads duet vii with himani b

throbbing garden

of pulsating pomegranates

(to the Muse of muses and her shadows)

”…I have chosen the Indestructible for my refuge…”

-Mirabai

 mirabai

intoxicating

inebriatingly me and you

you and me

me and you sandalwood smoldering

a divine musk

or incandescent sacrament darkly

as love

distilling lovers so singing

writes

improvisationally refraining

upon each verse

compiling wonder into wonderment

time

and timing space and spacing

slithers away

as oroburos so love is ungraspable

distilling into memories

fermenting carnal aspirations into divinity

ours

this ancient stag of stags unstaggeringly

shall be a memoir –

once so always an undying testament

a throbbing garden

of pulsating pomegranates ripening

bursting with colours

staining our boudoir with rainbows

in full bloom

this chevalier suckles your nipples

percival

we are this percival riding that silver unicorn

tat twam asi asi twam tat

1 Response to duets with other poets – weaving the threads duet vii with himani b

  1. EmBeth says:

So, so beautiful! Seeing how one poet, Himani B, inspires another, Chretien, is exquisite. To the both of you: thank you. This poem indeed pulsates.
